Field Hire Terms

These terms apply to hire of Liberty's Secure Dog Field in Nonington. Please read them carefully before booking.

Field bookings are non-refundable. Please check your date and time carefully before completing your booking.

Maximum dogs

A maximum of four dogs may use the field during a single booking.

Arrival

Please do not arrive early. The separation time between bookings is there to prevent crossover between customers and dogs.

Keep your dogs secure until the previous customer has completely left the field. Dogs from consecutive bookings must not meet at the entrance or during changeover.

Departure

You must leave by the end of your booked session. Allow enough time to collect your belongings, secure your dogs, leave the field, and secure the gate as instructed.

Late arrival does not extend your session. The turnaround time after your booking is not additional field time for you.

Dog waste

You must pick up after your dogs. Place bagged waste in the bins provided.

Please check the area before leaving and leave the field clean for the next user.

Dog health

Dogs showing signs of a contagious illness must not use the field.

Dog supervision

Your dogs remain your responsibility throughout the booking. Dogs must not be left unattended.

You are responsible for deciding whether your dog is fit to use the field, whether conditions are suitable, and whether dogs attending together can safely exercise together.

Field access

The entrance is through the large metal gate off Chapman's Hill. The gate is padlocked.

Current access information and the gate code are provided to confirmed customers. Please follow the current gate and access instructions supplied with your booking.

Do not publicly share current private access information.

Parking

Parking is inside the field. Please drive carefully when entering and leaving.

During wet conditions, vehicles must remain on the reinforced access and parking mats. Do not drive onto soft or waterlogged areas where this could damage the field.

Vehicles are brought onto the site and parked at the owner's risk. Liberty's Pet Services accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Damage and safety reporting

Please report damage or safety concerns as soon as possible. This includes, for example:

• damaged or loose fencing
• holes under fences or gates
• gate or lock damage
• damaged field equipment
• fallen branches
• significant holes
• other hazards

Please discourage dogs from digging, particularly near boundaries. Report damage caused by your own dogs as well as damage you discover.

Natural outdoor environment

The field is a natural outdoor environment. Conditions may include or change because of uneven ground, mud, wet grass, long grass, vegetation, holes, branches, weather, wildlife, and normal field use.

Please wear suitable footwear and satisfy yourself that conditions are appropriate for you and your dogs.

Children and visitors

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The field is primarily a dog-exercise environment and should not be treated as a children's play area.

The booking customer is responsible for people attending as part of their booking.

Neighbours and countryside

Please respect neighbours, surrounding land, livestock, road users, and the countryside. Do not enter neighbouring land or areas outside the designated field-hire area. Please avoid unnecessary excessive noise.

Fires and barbecues

No fires or barbecues are permitted.

Customer cancellations and changes

Field bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to amend your booking, please contact Liberty's Pet Services as soon as possible. We may be able to assist with an amendment where reasonably possible and subject to availability, but we cannot guarantee that an amendment will be possible.

Late arrival does not extend your session and remains non-refundable.

Cancellation by Liberty's Pet Services

If we have to cancel a booking because the field cannot reasonably or safely be used, you will be offered either an alternative booking or a full refund.

Field closure

We may close the field where necessary because of severe weather, unsafe ground conditions, maintenance, damage, or another safety or operational issue. We will contact you using the details supplied with your booking.

Liability

Use of Liberty's Secure Dog Field, including the field, access areas and parking area, is at the customer's own risk.

Customers are responsible for the safety and supervision of themselves, their dogs, vehicles, personal possessions and anyone attending as part of their booking.

Liberty's Pet Services accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles, personal possessions or other property, or for injury, illness, loss or damage involving dogs or persons using the field, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Customers are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their dogs, vehicles or anyone attending as part of their booking.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Damage caused by customers

The booking customer is responsible for damage caused by themselves, their dogs, their vehicles, or people attending under their booking.

Where damage is caused deliberately, negligently, or through failure to follow these Terms, Liberty's Pet Services may seek reasonable repair or replacement costs where appropriate.

Access information

Private gate and access information is supplied for valid bookings only. Please do not publish or distribute it unnecessarily. Access information may change; please use the latest booking confirmation or reminder when attending.

Failure to follow these terms

Liberty's Pet Services may refuse or withdraw future field use where someone seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, causes damage, compromises field security, or places people or animals at risk.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version you accepted when that booking was made.
